First, check that your microphone is set as the default recording device in your operating system's sound settings. ZipMic uses your system's default microphone. If you have multiple audio devices, make sure the correct one is selected. Restart ZipMic after changing audio settings.

Accuracy depends on several factors: microphone quality, background noise, and speaking clarity. Use a quality microphone and speak clearly at a normal pace. If you have an NVIDIA GPU, enable CUDA acceleration in settings for better performance. For non-English languages, accuracy may vary.

Yes! Open ZipMic settings from the system tray icon and navigate to the Hotkey section. You can configure any key or key combination, including mouse buttons (like side buttons on gaming mice), function keys, or modifier combinations.

GPU acceleration requires an NVIDIA GPU with CUDA support. Make sure you have the latest NVIDIA drivers installed. ZipMic will automatically detect and use your GPU if available. You can verify GPU usage in the settings panel under Performance.

Yes. Your license can be installed on up to 3 devices you own. If you're replacing a computer, simply install ZipMic on your new device and deactivate the old installation. Professional licenses include full portability with no deactivation limits.
